Licensed Professional Engineer, LEED AP BD+C
Zach Faraone is the “boots-on-the-ground” force that transforms complex plans into completed structures. As Sam’s right hand for the last several years, Zach has developed a reputation for an exacting brand of quality control that leaves no room for error. He understands that a project’s success is found in the details—the budget sheets, the schedule milestones, and the seamless coordination of subcontractors.
With 14 years of deep industry immersion, Zach manages the day-to-day lifecycle of the firm’s most demanding projects. He specializes in the high-stakes “middle” of construction: managing change orders, vetting pay applications, and ensuring the design team and construction manager are in perfect alignment.
